JejakSiKecil Terms of Service

Thank you for using JejakSiKecil. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the JejakSiKecil team (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. About the service

JejakSiKecil is a web application for logging a child’s daily activities (nursing, bottle feeds, solids, pumping, diapers, sleep, routines, health, growth and baby firsts) and for showing a clinical layer on top of those logs: growth charts against the WHO and CDC standards, the immunisation schedule recommended by the Indonesian Pediatric Society (IDAI), and developmental milestone checklists.

The service is offered as a Free plan and as a JejakSiKecil Plus subscription.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and be the parent or legal guardian of the child whose data you record, or a caregiver invited by that parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens through your account. Change your password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• One person may hold one account. The information you give when registering must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Families and caregivers

• Every account starts with one family. The family owner can invite caregivers by e-mail.
• Caregivers can see and edit every record in the family. There are exactly two roles, owner and caregiver, and both have full read and write access to the children’s records. Invite only people you trust.
• Exception: pregnancy and postpartum health records are private. Only the person who created them can see them, and that restriction is enforced on the server, not merely in the interface.
• An owner can remove a caregiver at any time. A caregiver can leave a family at any time. Ownership is transferred from the family settings.

4. Not medical advice

This information is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a paediatrician.

Growth charts, z-scores, nutritional-status interpretations, mid-parental height estimates, immunisation schedules, milestone checklists and every advisory card in the app are informational aids. They are computed automatically from the data you enter and from published reference tables, and they will be wrong if the data entered is wrong. JejakSiKecil does not diagnose, does not treat and does not replace an examination by a healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services or the nearest healthcare facility.

5. Your data and content

• You remain the owner of every record, photo and other data you enter (“Content”).
• You grant us a limited licence to store, process, display and copy Content to the extent needed to run the service for you and your family members, including synchronisation between devices and the generation of export files.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of Content and for having the right to upload it (for example photos showing other people).

6. Prohibited use

You must not: (a) access accounts, families or records that are not yours; (b) attempt to bypass access restrictions, plan limits or security mechanisms; (c) upload content that is unlawful, contains malware or infringes the rights of others; (d) reverse-engineer the service, scrape it or place unreasonable load on it; (e) use the service for anything other than logging and monitoring the development of children in your family.

7. JejakSiKecil Plus

• The Free plan includes all logging, all child profiles, growth charts, the full immunisation schedule, milestones and content.
• JejakSiKecil Plus unlocks history beyond 90 days, 30- and 90-day trend ranges with per-metric charts, data export, PDF reports, unlimited photos and more than 2 caregivers.
• Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and paid periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.
• When a subscription ends your data is kept; Plus features fall back to the Free plan limits.

8. Availability and offline mode

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The app works offline: records created without a connection are stored on the device and sent when the connection returns. If the same record is edited on two devices, the app shows both versions and lets you choose; we never overwrite a change silently.

9. Reference sources

Growth charts use the WHO Child Growth Standards and the CDC Growth Charts. The immunisation schedule follows the Childhood Immunisation Schedule recommended by the Indonesian Pediatric Society (IDAI). Developmental milestones are adapted from the CDC “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” materials. Reference tables may be updated when the sources publish revisions; the version used for each measurement is stored with that measurement.

10. Account deletion and termination

• You can delete your account at any time from the Account menu. We offer a data export first. The account is deactivated immediately and all of its data is permanently erased after 30 days.
• If you are the sole owner of a family that still has other members, transfer ownership before deleting your account.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms after reasonable notice, unless the breach endangers other users or the service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses, for data lost because of your device or connection, or for medical decisions taken on the basis of information in the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Indonesian law.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms carry a version number. If we change them materially we will ask for your consent again inside the app before you continue. The version you accepted and the time of acceptance are stored on your account.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved by the competent courts in Indonesia.
